Project description

Working principle

The material enters the machine from the feed port and jumps forward on the air distribution plate under the action of the vibration force provided by the vibration motor or other means. At the same time, the air is heated to a certain temperature after being filtered and enters the downwind chamber of the dryer through the tuyere. Under the dual action of the vibration force and the hot air flowing through the air distribution plate, the material is in a suspended state and contacts with the hot air flow. The intense turbulence between the material particles and the hot medium strengthens the heat and mass transfer process. The dried product is discharged from the discharge port, and the evaporated water and waste gas are recovered by the cyclone separator and discharged into the atmosphere. The lower bed body provides a stable air chamber with a certain pressure for the bed. Adjust the induced draft fan, so that the upper part of the bed material in the upper box to maintain a small negative pressure, maintain a good dry environment and prevent dust leakage.


Product characteristics

1. The material is heated evenly, the heat exchange is sufficient, the drying strength is high, and the energy saving is about 30% compared with the ordinary dryer. Vibration source is driven by vibration motor, running balance, easy maintenance, low noise, long life. Steady flow, no dead Angle and blow through phenomenon. It has little damage to the surface of the material, and can be used for fragile drying, and does not affect the working effect when the material particles are irregular.

2. The fully enclosed structure effectively prevents cross-pollution between materials and air, and the working environment is clean. Good adjustability, wide adaptation surface, material layer thickness, moving speed in the machine and amplitude changes can be stepless adjustment.

3. Due to the application of vibration, the minimum fluidizing gas speed can be reduced, which can significantly reduce the air demand, and then reduce the dust layer entailing, supporting heat sources, fans, cyclone separators, etc., can also be reduced accordingly, complete sets of equipment reduced, energy saving effect is obvious. The in-machine residence time can be easily changed by adjusting vibration parameters. The operation of the piston flow reduces the requirements of material particle size uniformity and regularity, and it is easy to obtain uniform dry products.
