working principle:
This machine is a drying device that uses a high-speed centrifugal atomizer to disperse materials into mist, and completes instant drying by fully contacting with hot air to form powdered finished products. The air first passes through the primary and intermediate filters, is heated by the heater, and then enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer. The hot air enters the drying chamber in a spiral shape and flows in parallel with the hot air. It can be dried into finished products in a very short time. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the high-efficiency cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
Equipment features:
(1) The drying speed is very fast. After spray, the surface area of the feed liquid increases. In the high-temperature airflow, most of the water can be evaporated instantly. The drying time is generally about 5-40s.

(4) The production process is simplified and the operation control is convenient. Spray is usually used to treat solutions with moisture content of 40% -90%, which can be dried into powder products at one time. Most products do not need to be crushed and screened after drying, thus reducing the production process and simplifying the production process. The particle size, bulk density, and moisture content of the product can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions within a certain range, which is relatively easy to control.
