After the water evaporates, it is pumped out by a vacuum pump.

(3) Small steam consumption: Because the vacuum rake dryer uses more steam to pass into the jacket, the use of latent heat to heat the material, the steam consumption per kilogram of finished products is small, generally 1.3-1.8kg of steam.
(4) According to the different characteristics and requirements of the drying material, the sealing system of the dryer can choose two kinds of packing seal and mechanical seal, and the special design ensures the sealing and service life.
(5) Easy to operate: vacuum rake dryer is easy to operate, less manpower and low labor intensity. Environmental hygiene is improved due to reduced material escape loss. The main disadvantages of vacuum rake drying are: complex structure and expensive cost. Because it is intermittent operation, the drying time is long and the yield is low. And because it is difficult to clear the material,  Therefore, it is not suitable for the production of frequent replacement varieties. At the same time, in order to ensure the vacuum degree, the vacuum device must be maintained and repaired frequently.
