Material description

graphite is a crystalline form of carbon. Hexagonal crystal system, iron ink to dark gray. Density 2.25g/cm 3, hardness 1.5, melting point 3652℃, boiling point 4827℃. Soft, greasy, conductive. Chemical properties are not active, corrosion resistance, and acid, alkali and other not easy to react. Strengthening heat in air or oxygen can burn and produce carbon dioxide. Strong oxidants oxidize it into organic acids. Used as anti-friction agent and lubricating material, making crucible, electrode, dry battery, pencil lead. High purity graphite can be used as a neutron moderator in nuclear reactors. It is often called carbon or black lead because it was previously mistaken for lead.

Working principle

1、The clean air heated by the heat exchanger is pumped into the inlet, spun into the ring gap at the bottom of the drying chamber at an appropriate speed, and then enters the drying chamber in the tangential direction, and rises in a spiral shape: at the same time, the material is quantitatively added to the tower by the feeder that can be stestelessly adjusted. In the drying tower, the material and the hot air are fully and efficiently transformed into mass and heat, and the dried powder material is transported to the separator with the hot air, where the finished product is collected and packaged, and the tail gas is further processed by the dust removal device and emptied.

2、The volute air distributor and agitator are arranged at the bottom of the drying tower, and the speed of the agitator is adjusted by adjusting the speed of the external motor for stepless speed regulation. The stirrer has two functions: it can drive the hot air from the distribution chamber into the drying chamber to produce high-speed rotating airflow, and then form a stable fluidized bed layer, avoiding the unstable fluidization caused by local blockage. Secondly, due to the high-speed rotation of multiple groups of blades on the blender, the large materials are constantly crushed, so that the particles are constantly wrapped, stripped and crushed, and the surface is constantly updated, increasing the heat exchange area, thereby strengthening the quality and heat exchange and improving the drying rate. In addition, the gap between the blade on the agitator and the wall of the drying tower is very small, and the material stuck on the wall is cleaned up in time to prevent the material from being denatured for a long time. In order to ensure the material invariable decomposition, the tower wall is equipped with a cooling jacket, which can guarantee the quality of heat sensitive materials 100%. The volute type air distributor makes the tangential hot air uniformly rise in a spiral shape through the bottom ring gap, and the reasonable ring gap wind speed ensures good fluidic drying of the material.

3、In the middle of the drying tower, the quantitative feeder with stepless speed regulation continuously adds the material. At the same time, the material is crushed by the bottom agitator and blown by the high-speed rotating hot air, forming a relatively stable fluidization layer in the drying chamber. There is a rapid and sufficient exchange of heat and water between the material and the hot air, and most of the water evaporation is completed in this process. Material particles with high water content and smaller than the surface settle in the drying chamber because their gravity is greater than the buoyancy, and are continuously dried during the sinking process. When moving to the bottom, they are further crushed and dried by the crushing of the blade and the impact of high-speed air flow. At this time, their gravity is less than the buoyancy, and the particles begin to rise.

4、In the upper part of the drying chamber, a ring baffle is arranged, that is, a classifier. Material with the rotating air entrain rises, due to the effect of centrifugal force, large, does not meet the water requirements (that is, the proportion of large) material by centrifugal force, its rotation radius increases, when its rotation radius is greater than the radius of the classifier, it is blocked in the drying room further drying and crushing, until it meets the requirements before overflow. After drying in the middle of the drying chamber, the finer pulverized body rises with the air entrain, because its particle size is small and meets the moisture requirements (that is, the specific gravity is small), the centrifugal force is relatively small, and its rotation radius is less than the classifier radius, and then it is discharged with the air stream and sent to the collection device.


Product Features

1. An inner cone structure is arranged at the bottom of the drying chamber, so that the cross-sectional area of the gas flow of the dryer is continuously increased from bottom to bottom, the gas velocity at the bottom is relatively large, and the upper gas is > The speed is relatively small, so as to ensure that the large particles in the lower part are in a fluid state, and the small particles in the upper part are also in a fluid state. The inner cone structure also reduces the length of the cantilever part of the mixing shaft, thus increasing the reliability of operation. In addition, this structure can effectively prevent the bad state of the bearing working in the high temperature area, thus extending the service life of the bearing.

2. Set a scraper on the stirring teeth. When the material is rotated and crushed by the churn teeth, it is thrown to the wall and stuck to the wall. If the material stuck to the wall is not scraped off in time, there will be serious "scarring" phenomenon, resulting in abnormal operation. The scraping plate installed on the mixing teeth can ensure that the material is peeled off before it is firmly bonded to the wall.

3. The top of the drying chamber is set with a classification ring. Its role is mainly to separate the material with large particles that has not been dried and continue to dry, so as to ensure that the requirements of narrow particle size distribution and uniform wet content of the product are met.

4. Cooling jacket is set at the hot air entrance of the cone bottom. Hot air begins to contact with the material, the temperature is very high, generally close to the temperature of hot air, far higher than the temperature in the bed, the operation will inevitably appear a small part of the material near the ring gap bond, stay too long, resulting in material deterioration, and even melting, in order to avoid this phenomenon, add a local jacket, can reduce the temperature of the wall. Enable the operation to proceed smoothly.
