Material description

Working principle

1、The double-cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double-cone rotary tank, the middle of the equipment is cylindrical, the two ends are conical, the top end of the cone is designed for open feeding (also as a manhole), and the other end is the butterfly valve discharge. The tank body is divided into three layers inside and outside, and the heating medium of the middle jacket can be steam, circulating hot water or thermal oil, and the insulation layer is medium-alkali ultra-fine glass wool, which consumes very little energy. Inner layer feed material. When the tank is in a vacuum state, the heat medium such as thermal oil, hot water or steam is heated into the jacket, and the heat is transferred to the wet material through the inner wall of the tank.

2、Because the tank is in a vacuum state, the solvent in various materials (including water) can be rapidly vaporized at a lower temperature under vacuum conditions, and the tank's   The rotation makes the material constantly turn up and down, inside and outside, and the material constantly updates the surface in contact with the wall, so as to make full use of the heat conducted by the wall, accelerate the drying speed of the material, improve the drying efficiency, and achieve the purpose of uniform drying.

3、The solvent (water vapor) that evaporates after absorbing heat from the wet material is extracted through the vacuum pump through the vacuum extraction pipe. Halfway through the low temperature condensation system (using tap water or frozen brine) to cool, in order to achieve the purpose of recovery, saving production costs, and improve the working conditions of the vacuum pump, but also reduce the pollution to the environment.
