The so-called blowing agent is the substance that makes the object material into holes, which can be divided into three categories: chemical blowing agent and physical blowing agent and surfactant. Chemical blowing agents are compounds that, when heated and decomposed, release gases such as carbon dioxide and nitrogen and form pores in the polymer composition. The physical blowing agent is that the foam pores are formed through the change of the physical form of a certain substance, that is, through the expansion of compressed gas, the volatilization of liquid or the dissolution of solid. Foaming agents have high surface activity, can effectively reduce the surface tension of the liquid, and on the surface of the liquid film, double electron layers are arranged to surround the air, forming bubbles, and then composed of a single bubble foam.
1, initial wet content 25%
2, required moisture content: 1%
3, the original state of the material: loose cake
4, finished product characteristics: bulk gravity 500kg/m3
5, material collection: cyclone separator, bag dust collector
6, finished particle size; 10 ~ 20μm
The ambient air filtered by the secondary efficiency air filter is heated to the process setting temperature by the blower into the steam radiator and enters the flash drying machine. The drying process of heat and mass transfer is completed in the drying machine with the filter cake sent to the drying machine by the spiral feeder. The gas-solid mixture is separated and filtered by the cyclone separator and the cloth bag filter. The material is separated from the gas in the drying system, discharged from the drying system, and the tail gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the induced draft fan.
The product discharged from the cyclone separator is sucked into the temporary storage bin by the pneumatic transport induced draft fan to be packaged.
