Project overview

Aluminium hydroxide, chemical formula Al(OH)3, is the hydroxide of aluminum. Because it is also acidic, it can be called monohydrate metaaluminum (HAlO2·H2O), but the actual aqueous solution reacts with the base to produce tetrahydroxy aluminate Al(OH)4-. According to the use is divided into industrial grade and pharmaceutical grade two.


Working principle

The wet material self-feeder of the aluminum hydroxide disc dryer is continuously added to the drying disc of the upper layer of the dryer, and the rake arm with the rake blade is rotated so that the rake arm is rotated so that the rake blade is continuously turned over the material. The material flows through the surface of the drying tray along the exponential helix. The material on the small drying tray is transferred to the outer edge and falls to the outer edge of the large drying tray below. The material on the large drying tray moves inward and falls to the next small drying tray through the middle blanking port. The size of the drying tray is arranged alternately up and down, so that the material can flow continuously through the entire dryer. The heating medium in the form of saturated steam, hot water and heat conduction oil is passed into the hollow drying disc. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying disc and is exported from the other end. The dried material falls to the bottom of the shell from the latter drying disc, and is finally transferred to the discharge port by the rake leaf. The moisture escapes from the material and is discharged by the moisture discharge port on the top cover. The moisture of the vacuum disc dryer is discharged by the vacuum pump port on the top cover. Dry material discharged from the bottom layer can be packaged directly. By adding fin heater, solvent recovery condenser, bag dust collector, dry material remixing mechanism, induced draft fan and other auxiliary machines, it can improve its drying production capacity, dry paste and heat sensitive materials, can easily recover solvent, and can carry out pyrolysis and reaction operations.
