The extraction solution is drawn into the concentrator through a filtration tube, and the secondary steam generated by concentration is sent to the extraction tank as a heat source and new solvent. This forms a large reflux cycle for extraction of the new solvent. Therefore, the solute density in the medicinal material maintains a high gradient with the solute density in the solvent, and the solutes in the medicinal material are dissolved at high speed. After extraction, the extraction solution is completely drawn into the concentrator, and the concentrated secondary steam is transferred to the cooler. The concentration continues until the ointment with the required specific gravity (1.2-1.34) is concentrated and released for later use. Extract the residual liquid from the tank and put it into the storage tank for reuse in the next batch. The drug residue is discharged from the slag gate. If organic solvent is used for extraction, add an appropriate amount of water first, open the straight pipe and jacket steam, recover the solvent, and then discharge the residue.
